Returning Policy:

These are ProbeSound Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Probesound.

All products can be requested for Return Merchandise Authorization within warranty of return

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us: 

Any product not purchased from ProbeSound.

Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product

Any product from which the posted code has been removed from its packaging

Any product that exhibits physical damage

What is the guarantees that come with the product? How can I get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMAs) from ProbeSound?

Important Notes:


All Customers should contact our Customer Service Whatsapp: 0086-13544210303 for a RMA before returning any items. ProbeSound will not responsible for any delay caused with no RMA indicated.

What is the Product Warranty?

•ProbeSound chooses products to sell based on their excellent designs and proven hardware reliability. We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that accessories are included.

•12 Months warranty for compatible ultrasound probe.

•24hrs, 7 days service.


Please read the following after-sales terms first so as to better under ProbeSound warranty:

•1. Missing Item

•Items missed completely or partially from an order

•2. Wrong Product Received

•Product that is completely different from ProbeSound List description

•3. Verified Functional Failure

•Failure that makes the device unable to use, repairing of which needs to change board, screen or reset cables etc.

•4. Customer Induced Damage

•Damage caused by customer's incorrect operation or insufficient protection, including but not limited to screen broken, moisture, scratch, rust etc.

•5. (Defect) Can Not Duplicate

•Product is claimed as defective by customers. But it is tested as No Defect by ProbeSound engineer upon receiving.

•6. Out Of Warranty

•Product that exceeds the warranty period

•7. Non-Authorization Return

•Customer returns the products without ProbeSound authorization (RMA Approval)
